Along the promenade at Los Alcázares, which stretches for 7km, are over twenty beach bars for that refreshing drink needed to cool off in the hot Spanish sunshine.

For the more energetic why not hire a bike and take a ride around the area, not as tiring as you may think, as the Costa Calida is a very flat region of Spain.
